The box is 41cm by 22 cm, which is 6cm shorter and 2cm deeper than the more standard 47cm by 20cm box. The overall internal volume is about the same but the compact is configured differently to take advantage of the extra depth. The diameter and spacing of the treble are standard. There are 52 notes on the right hand, which is more than most models. On the bass, there 114 bass buttons instead of the more common 120. Likewise, there are 49 free-bass notes which a bit lower than some. On the video, I started playing at the C button, but the lower notes sound too. If you go the Pigini website, you can find the specs for all their models. I also have a fairly new 55/B deluxe E and a 1983 Super Bayan Sirius. I recently sold the Super Compact to a guy in Australia.

It is "super compact" because it has less of a range or because the buttons are smaller or closer together? I see that the free-bass starts 4 rows up. If you press the buttons below those, do they sound?
