Thanks for your questions, I am happy to help. Sauteing your ingredients first is an additional step for deeper flavour but is also an optional step. Sauteing can be done in a seperate pan/pot before adding into the cooking blender. As for the seasoning, salt from chicken stock, milk and oil from onions are all acceptable before/during the cooking/blending process. Sugar is the only important seasoning to note for this instruction, especially in the case of soya bean milk or chinese desserts. Adding sugar at the beginning for the cooking/blending process can cause foaming/caramelization/Burning in sustained high temperatures and cause the blender to malfunction. You can use baby food function for soups 🙂 Hope this helps!

There is a special "Descaling" function in this product - you can select the functino and the machine will self-clean by dispensing varying temperatures of water over a short period of time. Doing this once a week will ensure the insides are always descaled for fresh and clean drinking water all the time!

Hi, you may put in whole fruits and vegatables for those that are able to fit into the feeding chute. You would only need to cut fruits and vegetables that can't fit or you feel would be more suitably juiced when cut into smaller pieces (eg. too much fibre/ presence of seeds, etc). Happy juicing!

Hi, yes brown rice can be cooked on the low sugar option as well. I am not sure which rice cooker you are referring to in this video, but the general rule of thumb is that the rice cooker can cook a cup of rice for every 0.2L. Eg. if the rice cooker is 0.8L, the max capacity is 4 cups of rice. As for low carb rice, the max capacity of rice is cut into half. So for a 0.8L rice cooker, the max capacity of low carb rice is 2 cups. This is a general guideline that we provide customers, you may find a discrepancy due to rice type and you may adjust accordingly when you receive your cooker. Thank you!

Yes exactly right! Make sure the filter is fitted into the top tank and placed into the main water tank and pour water into the top tank to allow the water to filter into the bottom half of the tank :)

That's the common struggle! 😂 But slightly overfilling each takoyaki cavity allows you to bring in excess batter into the hole when it's time to flip the balls! Hopefully you'll be able to achieve full and round takoyaki balls every time with this tip! 👍🏻
