Great episode. I will however say that it would have been beneficial to go a little more into the details of the investment properties purchased. As an example, in what market/location are the properties, are they in state or out of state, how were they financed, what percentage was used for financing, did the properties require remodeling, etc.

Great episode... Pastor Jenkins is SUPER sober and clear... As far as the Proverbs 31 woman being entrepreneurial the issue for a lot (many) of women who make money in their marriage is surrendering / submitting their income to their Husband/Covering/Leader and follow HIS lead as Husband, Covering, and Stewart ... Proverbs 31 KJV talks about how she brings honor to her husband in the market place... Plus, her ambition and attitude doesn't put a sour taste in her Husband's mouth because the Bible says that Her husband and children call her Blessed... At the core that's the issue! #My2Centz
