@@SeethingSimp Unfortunately I don't have much advice for working stuff out by ear. What I usually do is try to find the bass line first, because the bass almost always plays the root notes of the chords, especially when the chord changes. Once I have the root notes I figure out if the chord is major, major 7, minor, dominant 7, etc. You could also work on recognizing all of the intervals by ear as well, that really helped me. It usually takes about 30 minutes, if the song is relatively simple.
