@ Yep. A few changes that make no sense like Bumi acting like he has a grudge but more faithful than the movie is. And they had the original actor who plays our beloved Cabbage merchant in too ^^

Everything does Andor so amazing. Slow? There is nothing slow about it. It builds tension and build characters. It's not only Honest Trailers. Maybe you watched only the first 2 episodes. Many people fell in love at episode 3 or later only. And when re-watching, they loved the first two episodes 2. The show is built in arcs. Basically every 3 episodes you have a pay off. Huge. The writing is awesome and every dialogue matters. Heard someone else say that it's not a show to watch while meddling with your phone, etc. That you should pay attention to every dialogue, everything matters, every piece of conversation matches something.
I'm definitely open to trying it again. Any suggestions of what I should look for or pay special attention to on the rewatch? I think we watched seven episodes (the first two arcs and the beginning of the third). I typically don't watch things while multitasking. I kinda hate it when people do. I know how much nuance can be missed "watching" things while multitasking. Which is why I'm so perplexed. I don't get what I'm missing. I'll try it again. Maybe I'll catch the tension building this time. But my impression of the first watch was in the first two arcs it definitely felt like it could (and should) have been two episodes each, max. That being said, I love all the Coruscant intrigue. That's where I felt the tension. It seemed strange that I didn't feel any of that with the title character's arcs. 🤷♀️
@@worldofurda You said 3 or 4 episodes in the video. I you saw 7 episodes and still didn´t like it, my only suggestion is to forget Star Wars expectations of action. This is more House of Cards in the style. Did you watch and liked Ahsoka, Obi Wan or Rings of Power by any chance?
@@rogeriopenna9014 I did say that, I had forgotten that it was basically three episodes per arc. I never did see House of Cards but dropping the expectation of action is an interesting idea. I watched Ahsoka and Obi-Wan and was pretty disappointed. Obi-Wan is one of my all time favorite Star Wars characters, I love Ahsoka and am a huge fan of Thrawn. The quality of writing in Star Wars has tanked considerably imo. Even the last season of Mandalorian was just bad. And I adore Bo-Katan, the Mandalorian in general, as well as Filoni and Favreau. Andor is the only one that I haven't liked that most people maintain is amazing (with the exception of Bad Batch, which I think is just not for me and that's fine).

What you do is put it in a Mimic's mouth, still situated around the severed finger bone of the last adventurer who attempted to open the chest. Only having one Wish left is always a solid decision. Maybe add some environmental storytelling, like the body of the adventurer elsewhere in the dungeon, having long ago succumbed to his wounds. Or maybe he got reanimated by the necromancer who owns the dungeon, and you fight him outside the room with the Mimic. Make your party pass a DC 15 Perception check when they loot him to be able to notice he's missing a finger. Maybe his old and crumbling gear has a luck motif to it, like a clover on his shield.

@@deanaburnham9571 yeah she can move and stretch and can definitely walk through, she was just being really stubborn that day XD and yes, we do crate her over night but then only for a few hours each day when no one is home ^_^ we try to take good care of our puppy girl!
