Not one of DT's finest this one, it gets stuck in gear which happened down North Cray Road which is a dual carriageway😭😭 Pretty funny tbh, the driver was so late because of this heap 1:28 Gearbox won't change gear properly over the flyover which made it very slow 6:30 Gearbox gets confused slightly so the bus was stuck at 29mph on a dual carriageway 7:23 At this point the Gearbox is properly sc...

I've been wanting to film a fast run on this and I've finally got one 💪💪Mad bus but the gearbox is kinda odd on this one, at speed it almost sounds like the bus is coasting even during the 0-53 mph run at 4:20.

This thing didn't perform like this a few years ago, the driver was holding back a little but was very fast in places.

Man this brings me back memories when these used to be on my local except these are much healthier now. I don't think this bus has full kickdown but it still performed very well - enjoy these while they last!

@will_n775 forget ENL 1, piece of crap co pared to other enviros. Shouldn't even be co sidereal preserved, same for LK57 AYC 🤮 I cringe at videos of those and the fac5 people on them say nostalgia embarrasses me. Not trying g to sound horrible tho mate. As for VLW85, that is also disappointing

1:28 it had a bit of a wobble, 6:30 it didn't want to go faster than 29mph and 7:23 was the worst, stuck at 25mph refusing to change up
@@will_n775 hmm ok, I think at 1:28 there was defo a hold there yeah 6:30 I think the driver stopped throttling much from there hence it didnt speed up much or it could be limited and then 7:23 I think it took time for the computer to adjust the shifitng rpm point since its affected by throttle positon and driver was pressing throttle up and down more repeatedly but yeah this is certainly on limp mode

Yeah I suspected it was limp and you're right, they feel much older than the rest

I've been on every one throughout the last 8 years and they're all brilliant, T313, 316, 318, 319 & 321 being the best as they're all in drugged up powermode. They're the quickest buses out there 🙌🙌 Check @Frozzles video of LK65EMX or @stearmaster6.7 on LK65EKZ and then you will see🔥🔥 They have no restrictions whatsoever. They're a very rare batch as they have the old whooshy Euro 6 exhast teamed with an older ZF box so they're not like other Euro 6 ZFs like UNOs sluggish YX67s

It's because they use the quiet electric steering pump you only hear by front of bus instead of hydraulic steering pump which causes that engine whine as it's driven by engine.

Thanks👌the 492 is frustrating, it has plenty of thrash opportunities with 50mph roads but it's overtimed so you just need to get lucky with the driver

SE65 sounds nice but it's in serious limp atm, it's hilarious 😂 8mph up gravel hill. It has like a €3/€4 roar to it which sounds sick.
The BX E200s that have kickdown but on limp do sound quite amazing ngl. I was on SE65 recently and it sounded very decent given that it was or is currently on limp mode
