Очень странное видео: 1. На выходе TP4056 будет напряжение батареи (от 3 до 4.2вольт в зависимости от заряда батареи), а не 5 вольт 2. Почему бы просто не подключить кабель microUSB к плате, вместо того чтобы припаивать провод?

The schematics is bad! The pins of LM 317 from left: adjust, Vout, Vin. From 12V DC input voltage it Cant make 12 V out! The minimal vatage difference between output and input there must be 3 V! Therefore from 12V input it can make only 12V-3V=9V! The wireing is a big mismatch! Look at the datasheet of LM317 once again! Especially the lineregulation and the tipical application!
