Never threw away your discard. You can save it by…. Putting it in the fridge for later use (can add to it as needed. Or, add more flour to make a sourdough ball (which I call putting to sleep) then put it in a jar with more flour, store in fridge (can store for months) pull it out the night before add water to reactivate. Or, Air drying it for later use or give as gift.
