Use the PBO option in ryzen master my dude i tried OCing it manually and it was running all the way up to 100c on my 7800x3d, once i did that and undervolted it i was boosting to 5.1GHz and it never goes above 85-86 c. I mean its not a big deal as these CPU's were stress tested at 100c full core load so according to AMD they can run fine at 100c.

Im pushing 4.9 GHz sometimes 5.1 on my 7800x3d with this bad boy absolutely love the fact that it has a 140 and a 120 that comes with it and an adapter to throw an extra 120 on the front of it. but with three fans over clocked im hitting about 80 c on the hotspot so not bad for an air cooler.

On the AM5, gaming performance is significantly lower at the lower DDR5 frequencies. You have to have at least 6000 - 5200 is too low, the drop in some games can be up to 25% compared to X3D and Intel processors. This is especially evident at low resolutions and in conjunction with RTX 4090. This is less important for X3D processors.
