This little trivial thing is my biggest pet peeve in Excel. From an old hand Lotus 1-2-3, I don't know why Excel is unwilling to move the active cell when you Shift-arrow to the left. It's such a small thing, but it would be so helpful to allow you to "ride" the data block.

How would i set my worksheet to automatically organize my data by the date. Let's say I have a monthly report and at the end of the month I forgot to enter a line and I want to automatically have it go in the order that it needed to be without having to highlight the entire worksheet.
