@playboiteg here is a report from BBG. while I try to reslove this BBG tech issue with AWS, I've removed BBG from the iOS App Store to avoid disapponting any new or retruning users. Sorry for these legacy tech issuse. BBG was on life support as well all knew. We've backed up everyone's account data so no worries there.
