In this video we take 3 different puppies that we have previously started in our other videos and work on extending their range and natural hunting. It is important to note that we do not train for walking or horseback field trials, but for hunt tests and the average foot hunter. Field trailers would have a completely different approach, and that is works too, just not for our program.

Very first heel sessions are always rough, but it’s always important to keep things light and fun, and not give in to temper tantrums. And remember, praise, not treats!
