That's a fraud only the FMCSA or the Department of Transportation can audit your company, I have my own authority and have to directly with an agent at FMCSA and she told me that the FMCSA does not work with any third parties claiming to be associated with FMCSA and she told me only I as a carrier has authorization to disable my authority and not anyone else, so if you have gotten a phone call from a 208 area code number if it's not from a Washington DC number don't answer
