Yoga Flow with Heather: Wisdom Art: Inspired by the Universe and You
Gentle Yoga is structured around rejuvenating and healing the body. Yoga props such as blankets, blocks, bolsters, chairs and straps are often used for safe practice, and to allow the body to fully achieve each position comfortably. This is a slower pace and focuses on stretching all areas of the body, while releasing stress and tension from joints and muscles. Those with medical conditions, please check with your physician if you have any concerns about attending yoga. Stretch & Restore tension from joints and muscles, will focus on improving flexibility and movement. Restorative poses will calm the nervous system and aid in the release of deeply held tensions from the body and mind. Props are used as needed to support posture, while gently strengthening and stretching the body.
