Oh my gosh. About 3 years ago I thought I was going crazy... or that maybe everyone had this happen but no one talked about it? It was like I was living two lives at once... it was as if a dream was happening at the same time as my daytime life... like the dream I might have had the night before, just kept playing underneath my daytime... only it happened ALL THE TIME for WEEKS!! So strange... it was kind of quieter than my "normal" "waking" life, but there, happening, all the time, just barely under the surface. Once I understood that it was REAL, that it was perhaps another lifetime I was living simultaneously (and really, everything happens simultaneously), or maybe I was tapping into people in the spirit world talking... or maybe someone was tapping into my life.... kind of like the land-line phones used to work when wires were crossed, or a party line, where you'd pick up the phone and hear someone else's conversation, and if you spoke, they'd hear you too. Ah. Clairvoyance/being and empath/akashik records/our guides. Hu. Ok. What ev. Once I figured it out, enough anyway, then it sort of stopped... or the volume turned down.
