Thanks for your feedback! You may have noticed that the main purpose of the Travel Sax 2 is to allow saxophonists to practice anytime, anywhere, in silence. This instrument is not designed to replace a real saxophone but rather to serve as a complementary tool for practicing fingerings and improving skills during times when using your real saxophone isn’t possible. Additionally, it’s a complete MIDI controller that allows you to assign any VST or library sounds. It’s also compatible with all DAWs available on the market. 🙏

Hello! Thank you for your message! One of the main features of the Travel Sax is being a MIDI controller! So it is not a requirement to play the Travel Sax with the app! The app allows you to change the sound of the Instrument and also fingering! So it is a great tool but not a requirement. 😊🎷

Hello! To be able to connect Bluetooth you have to press the 1st and 3rd right side keys at the same time while the app is open. Let me know if that helps! 😊🎷

We are very happy that you are enjoying and practicing your Travel Sax 😊🎵🎷 If the audio is indeed output in mono and split into two channels, it means that the same signal should be heard in both the left and right headphones. This is a common feature for mono outputs to ensure that the sound is equally distributed across both earpieces. If you’re only able to hear the audio in one headphone, then there might be an issue with the device or the headphones themselves. However, if the audio is clear in both headphones, then the TS2 is functioning correctly. I hope this helps clarify things! Regarding your oher question, it could mean that you need to update the firmware and we can do it! I'll DM all the information! Thank you! 😊🎵🎷

Please do let me know how to upgrade to get the improved reverb please :) I have done 2 firmware updates since receiving via your colleagues so far BTW but not for a month or so Regarding backing tracks going through the TS2 and listening via headphones..Via bluetooth and via cable they behave differently which is why I ask the question. For example. If i have a stereo track, with drums on left and piano on right,; via bluetooth and listening via headphones, I would hear drums on left and piano on right and the TS2 playing on top in both the ears. The music is stereo in my ears still. As expected. But if I do this using an audio cable to get music into the TS2.. the piano and drums and TS2 all get mixed together and both ears hear a mono output in both ears. The music has stopped being stereo so it doesnt sound as great, obviously This is different to how it is in bluetooth, which seems a bit odd to lose the stereo ability which prompted my question about future improvements. I hope this makes sense. :)

The built-in speaker offers more volume than the keys, without a doubt, and the experience with headphones improves significantly, of course. 2. We can always adapt the tension so it feels comfortable to practice! Our Customers are very happy to be able to practice everywhere and anytime! We also offer to our customer a quick support call if necessary 🙂 3. All the notes on the Travel Sax 2 correspond to the normal range and standard notation, whether it’s alto, baritone, tenor, or soprano sax. Keep in mind that these are sampled sounds, not the real sound of a saxophone, as the Travel Sax is not meant to replace the acoustic saxophone but rather serve as a complementary practice tool for those moments when you can't practice in your daily routine.
