Tom, First of all I am glad that you played to a full house. You deserve it! In relation to reviews, this is difficult. Even with a professional reviewer, reviews are the thoughts of an individual. As individuals, we are all different. What makes one laugh may not make another. I think you are very sensible to take more notice of the criticism. As you say, that what makes you improve! Great update Tom. Can’t imagine the pressures some artists are under. Looking after your mental health is so important and seem to be doing all the right things. We went to North Berwick last year. It is a beautiful torn with great scenery. I have read in the papers that the Fringe is under some criticism pointing the fact that there is more emphasis on venues selling alcohol rather than tickets. Some the places we visited were rather loud! Enjoy your time in Scotland! Bob

Tom. Great Vlog! My wife Marie was born and raised in Leith. I know it well. It is a shame that we didn’t see your show now as we would have been honoured to show you around Edinburgh! Great news that you may come next year. If you do, please do the Mussolini show as I have only read the script. We live in Marlow, Buckinghamshire but unfortunately it is on the river Thames and not the coast otherwise we could have had the pleasure to meet again. Tom, I agree with what you say in relation to Edinburgh. I would add that Edinburgh is a tourist attraction throughout the year. However, when it comes to The Fringe, accommodation prices double at least! This will put not only tourists off but some artists. Also, until I watched your excellent show, I was not aware that there was a free Fringe! Good luck with rest of your stay! Bob
