He's sloppy. A straight drive into the wood drives the blade into whatever is under the block. He'll be tired after an hour of power driving the maul.

I dont understand how you get yours to release when u do your tossing
You mean with the pickaroon ? It`s easy with the 1 meter-long pieces- they practically "unhhook" themselves when i throw them (watch the video closely) because of the pickaroon position.With the shorter pieces it is a bit more tricky, and it requires a wrist-movement to "unhook".@@jasoncollins9878

You`re not using a wedge for those big rounds ?
I never was able to use the wedge I brought ..it just slows me down..the fiskers 8 lb maul is very effective

I have steel toe boots...it landed further up and then I kept having stuff fall on the same spot of course...it took a good month to heal

I know....it is actually the perfect saw for 75 percent of what I do ...it is so maneuverable...I have so much less strain and ache in wrists

Yes...I was going to get a 562..but because I love how light weight this is I'm going to also get a 372 for bucking the huge logs hopefully soon ...how have you been doing
