Thanks for sharing your experience! Have got few comments before regarding the issue with fixing of the backrest. They have exchanged the back rest for most of them but after all this I hope they must’ve fixed the issue in the newer units 👍🏻

Thanks, appreciate the feedback, I will mix up the music better next time. 😊 As for Adrenox, even I feel it's not a 'need' for everyone, but it's a nice-to-have, like a premium car feature, you'll have to decide based on your needs whether you like to have basic remote controls for your car 👍🏻

The lever on the left of the frog mechanism is to either fix the incline position wherein you will not be able to rock the chair or to allow you to rock your chair which I feel is your case wherein you’re feeling a little wobbly! If that is the case just try and fix it at one position and check if it’s still wobbly or if it’s some other issue let me know we’ll discuss here so others can also check 👍🏻😊

Try and fix the backrest again following each and every step as it is because it shouldn’t fall or feel weak as it is meant to do 180 degrees. If the problem still persists contact immediately for a replacement of the backrest/chair.
