There, we visited the amazing volcanic rock formations known as fairy chimneys, visited millennia old caves, and flew over valleys and canyons among hundreds of hot air balloons. It was the end of October 2020, so the weather was still warm enough for a short stop at the beach in Antalya as well. If you're planning to visi...

This is not as scary as they are showing. We had a group of 8 from 65 to 70, some were scared prior to going, and not so good with heights but were quite able to do it. Very physical going up. Also it was wet going down.
Huayna Picchu looks absolutely incredible! 🏔 Those steep ‘stairs of death’ add such an exciting challenge, but the bird’s-eye view over Machu Picchu is definitely worth it. Must have been an unforgettable experience! Thanks for sharing this epic climb! 🇵🇪🌄
When I saw the lady on the rock at 2:42, I had a flasback. Checked my albums and indeed: the same rock where my fellow trail walkers were sitting back in 1985, when I took a photo from exactely the same place as from where the video was made. despite the gray and rainy day, lot of clouds, It was a fantastic trip.
Definitely on my bucket list!!
💜 Well done Fellows...🎵
PERÚ😍 IS AMAZING
I have done it and then, in Nepal, I did the short Annapurna circuit!
I climbed. Wore flat sole hiking boots the worst, cause trail is stone and I was slipping whole time. Got to too and park crew thought I had heart attack-so out of breath. Also, my hotel packed small lunch didn't look.on way up, a man I met on train asked me how much water I had. SMALL BOTTLE 8 OZ. He gave me a bottle. There is cafe/store at entrance but not within. At the top, met nice people from world.
Dont fall
Great 😮😮❤
t is not inca.Incas never builded anything. They goout Cuzco in 1438 DC.They were warriors and farmers coming from the great Chaco.Machu picchu was a human sacrifices place belonging to an oldest feudal civilization ended in 536 DC-650DC.
How long did this hike take?
Awesome video
Excellent video.🦈Subscribed and look forward to your next trip.
Great (informative) video! 😁👍
Uayna pichu d s encuentran leyendas d ese lugar
Interesting video, great climb! 👍
This is a really cool vid, thanks!! So sorry, i can’t see your names..but I am so envious of that GORGEOUS jumper!!!
Great video, I am coming back with my kids after 10 years..
❤John 3,16 ❤
a walk on the ;park
We climbed it years ago fantastic experience 😁👍
Descending the Inca stairs from the top of Huayna Picchu was by far the most terrified I've ever been in my life.
With good reason. Our guide told us that on average four people every year die on Huayna Picchu, mainly from slipping on wet rocks while descending.
The colca canyon is a special environment for the life of one of the best animals that our Peru has, the condor.
It doesnt look like you guys went up with a guide, did you? Or how were you able to go up it at that time, it looks like you were the only ones up that mountain!!❤
loved this thanks :)
Fou. Crazy
Great video! Thanks for sharing. Greetings from Brazil 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
If you to Peru and visit just One place, take the long walk and visit Choquequirao.
Looks like we missed each other by only a few weeks. I don't like this wide-angle lense though, it completely distorts the beauty of this amazing place.
The intro had me so confused, because that looks exactly like Cusco 😂 I spent a week and a half in Cusco in 2016, and it seems like everyday, Peruvian people are either protesting something or celebrating something.😂 Unfortunately, I didn't make it to Titicaca, and I am regretting it, because now I read that Bolivia is requiring a Yellow Fever vaccine and charging Americans $160 for a visa, and I don't wanna go just to Peru, since I've already been there, so who knows when I will make it down there, but it definitely looks like a place that shouldn't be missed.
Thank you for taking us along. My s/o is from Peru and we dreamed of going. The years have sped by and it is no longer physically possible. Your vid is sufi. Gracias.
Amazing,i would love to visit that sites one day!
Is it possible to visit the citadel and hiking Wayna Picchu in one day?
Does anyone know if a tour guide is required for entry into Machu Picchu and the Huayana Picchu Hike (not the Inca trail)?
Idk how these two were able to go by themselves but you do have to pay to get in. This is a level 4 (level of activity) trail. They also didn’t mention how they got access into it.
Really unbelievable what the Incas built there! The view from Huayna Picchu is breathtakingly magnificent! But the bad music is totally incompatible with the video! A suitable, typical Peruvian-Andean panpipe music would have reproduced the unique mystical flair of Machu Picchu.⛰️🧗🏞️🛖
Great video Hagen! Keep up the nice content <3
5:15 one of the rare cases in english where „fishes“ is the correct plural. Nice.
😛
Beautiful, Extra Ordinary adventure, keep it up
thank you for showing this magnificent site. can"t imagine how and for what they build those
Great video!!! Loved the "hiking with friends" feel!...and thanks for the information along the way. 🙂 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
@@ab9918 😔
What company did you tour with? Or did you plan it all independently. Your videos on Peru are fantastic! Thank you so much! Hopefully you are out traveling again soon and will post more of your adventures.
Good views and extra efforts to go so higher up ! Beautiful people and landscapes !
Here is a film my father made in 1940. It includes images from Machu Picchu made back then (you can click right to the section from the description of the video), I don't know though wheher he also climbed Huayna Picchu. th-cam.com/video/h288TpBiS6I/w-d-xo.html
How long was the hike up in minutes?
The reason for the rope around the Hitching Post of the Sun is because a number of years ago, a brewing company wanted to shoot a commercial there. Their request for a permit was denied, but they went ahead anyway. And...a camera crane knocked the top off the monument. Was a huge scandal in Peru. They had to cement it back in place. Prior to that, there was no rope (I was there in 1987).
Thank you . . . now I don’t have to go to Peru to climb the stairs or ladders! 😳🙈👏👏
Amazing culture.
Such an interesting video. You are way too brave...I couldn't do this.
