I have just purchased a C020 Max (delivered from Poland into France). Trip assist settings only go to 5 - no P6. This video appears to show pushing a button on the side of the control to adjust the speed - there is no side button! So, I still have no idea how to make an adjustment to the max speed settting.

Hi, I just received my vakole Q20. In this bike you can't push both up and down at the same time so I can't get into P6 to change the speed settings. Is it possible to unlock speed in this model?

Good morning, Very unhappy with my CmaceWheel RX20, bought 7/2022. After 6 months the Keyframe holder on the bike broke, so o had to replace the whole Key setup in the Battery. Not easy. Now the Front Motor is not working for 4 months, but I was busy and did not report it, so it’s OUT Of WARRANTY, as 13 months and 95 km (yeah, that’s all). The Factory support was incomplete, sarcastic and frankly shows NO knowledge of the bike (until I started yelling). What I can notice is RE-BRANDING to DUOTTS, Polarna, VAKOLE C020, which indicates to me that the original brand is failing! They should have fixed the problems first! After additional testing and hours of work by myself, 1. Clearly the Controller is defective, so I am asking for an immediate replacement. 2. The Motor is also probably defective, but I am willing to wait for the Controller replacement. What worries me about it, is the cost and the danger that the NEW controller will be blown by the defective Motor. Any ideas?
