Meet Julia Gladka! - Sales Executive
Julia Gladka is a Real Estate Agent at The Agency Marbella. She studied Management and Production Engineering at Poznan University of Technology and completed an Erasmus Program at the University of Malaga. Julia is a native Polish speaker, fluent in English, and communicative in Spanish, which enhances her ability to serve a diverse clientele.
During her studies, Julia worked for Signify, formerly known as Philips Lighting. Following her dream, she moved to Marbella to pursue a career in the luxury real estate sector. Julia's key strengths include her organizational skills, hardworking nature, and outgoing personality, making her a perfect fit for her role.

Nice villa, well presented but some details look cheap like the electric switches and the A/C air vents. Gym lacks windows. Neighbours are a way too close, cue missing privacy. Might be the reason it‘s still on the market.
