You'd rather them get eaten by the fox!
When you tell champ "down" when does he know to go again?
Why are you selling your horse I'd do anything to have a horse and your selling yours I've always dreamed of having one can I have yours for free
What breed os champ
Border collie
How on earth did you train him to do that?
I used to own this guy...his papers are still in my name and I'd be glad to send owners a transfer if you know of who bought him. Been trying to track him down for years.
Is he still for sale. $$, Hgt, age... I'm looking for a deadbroke trail horse, and I love Buckskins. Let me know!
I'm very interested in this horse, how much are you asking for him.?

How much
Hmmm, transporting livestock is never a simple task, word of advice to all, leave it to the people that do it every day of the year, year in year out. no one would do this job if they did not have an interest in animals Some people are never happy. taking out your experience on here is not acceptable, too much he said she said.
Are you selling more horses?
Mary my question is why do you duck customers calls? And not return emails? And claim the check is in the mail or that Paypal has froze your account? Why is it that the BBB gives you an F rating?
Someone who shops for the lowest bidder for a job always squeals the loudest about the service. It is customary to charge for overnight stops. I most likely wouldn't have hauled her horse for any price - I can usually figure out carrot feeding pretty pony types in about 2 minutes. Life is too short to suffer fools or their usually dink horses.
I have pictures taken by my driver with sellers present that prove the horse arrived in exactly the same condition the horse was picked up in. These were also shown to her upon delivery. I have been doing this for several years and she has been my first complaint! In fact I have several customers from that trip alone that would be more than happy to be a reference for our company if you would like to speak with a few. Mary Anne Williams
It had messed up the running board and fender, which the driver temporally reattached. Also, the inside of the trailer was clean, as you can see in the pictures, because the driver had in fact been cleaning out the trailer (anyone familiar with horses knows that if the horse had been in that stall for 6, or as she states 6-7 days, the stall would have been discussing, not in fact clean with fresh shavings). Lastly, she speaks of her horse having a "blemish on his right hind cannon bone". (Cont)
The trip in all actuality took 6 (including the day we delivered, which was drug out because she could not meet us the previous day to accept the horse due to her step daughter having her prom. In regards to the equipment, that truck and trailer had just been purchased, as our usual rig was in the shop. As you can see, in the pictures a tire had been blown on this trip on the rear driver side of the trailer. (Cont)
The email was sent around 7:00pm her time. At 11:00pm her time she RESPONDED to my original email from earlier in the evening and claimed that no one had been in touch with her and that she was convinced we had stolen her horse and began threatening to call the authorities. You will also see in her review that she, in one sentence states that the trip took 6 days and in another spot she states 7. (Cont).
On day two in her review, she fails to mention that I had made several attempts to call.Someone would answer and hang up every time leaving me no option for leaving a message.I have two other people in the office who can be a witness on my behalf as they were present for the calls as well.I immediately sent her an email stating exactly what had happened, and that we had made several attempts to contact her by phone with no luck.I then gave her an update and let her know everything was fine.(Cont)
. As I tell all of my customers, I will contact them every night once the driver has reached their layover and the horses are off loaded, and let them know where they are at and how the trip went for the day. She demanded a call every night at precisely 6:00pm her time daily. I explained that I would try, but if the driver has not reached the layover facility for the night by that time the call to her would not be made by then, however, contact would be made every night. (cont)
After her horse was on the trailer, and her knowing all along where they were going to lay over for the night, she again began complaining and the option was given to her for us to take the horse back and cancel the contract, She again declined. She was rude, demanding, and had no respect for myself or my driver. (Cont.)
At 3:00pm (her time) my driver notified me that he was an hour away, I then called the pick up facility to inform them as well as the owner of the horse. The owner (posted on TH-cam) then threatened to cancel the shipment as 4:00 in her opinion was not late afternoon it was considered evening and she thought she had been lied to.When I told her I would refund her deposit, she told me "she still wanted us to transport her horse". (Cont)
As is customary this client was contacted on the 19th (five days prior to the pick up date) and was spoken with daily (often more than once a day). She was extremely difficult and could not be pleased. On the day of pick up I contacted the woman at the facility where the horse was to be loaded. I explained that my driver was to be to her between 4 and 5:00 pm her time that afternoon. (Cont)
The woman was correct in stating that she had been the “worst customer to deal with" in the several years we have been in business. She mentions a lack of communication, however she states there were at least eight times contact was made with her. As typical, once the horse is booked you do not speak to the customer every day, but instead make contact a few days prior to the date of pick up. (Cont)
