Great technique Sir. i will try to reproduce it. Currently i am doing Prof. Seibold's Out-in technique, which is pretty good as well. But i will definitely try this Suture Shuttle. Thank you. Regards to Dr. Nagmani too.

Sir I am gym person recently my shoulder get dislocated in last week while shoulder press.... How long I should avoid gym? And Can I do again shoulder press again?
Its unusual to dislocate shoulder for the first time while shoulder press. Was it first time of you had previous episode? I would suggest to visit a sports injury specialist for evaluation.

@@Suchithbsbs no actually I'm fine, there is a little restriction when I exceedingly evert my foot but it's not a complaint, it's manageable
I have my surgery next week ...don't know which graft to pick ...
@@Suchithbsbs the patellar tendon graft and the hamstring tendon graft is good but then the main mobility and strength is provided by those, and it takes a longer time to heal. So my Dr advised me peroneal graft, conveniable and less complications.

Excellent demonstration Dr. Amit...... How do you make sure that the final whipstitched ACL remnant isn't twisted on itself before final fixation? Do you recommend an internal bracing with tape to the final construct carefully avoiding tibial foot print damage to give some added initial stability while the ligament heals? Cheers
Thank yo very much for your encouragement. I do not have special technique to prevent rotation. as far as internal brace is concern, many people recommend and do that. i am not a big fan of putting suture tape as internal brace, if i have to brace, i use 7 mm hamstring as internal brace.
