Great interview and amazing advice from your guest! However, it would have been nice to challenge some of the guests assertions. For example: how will expo city manage the noise and air pollution from the world’s biggest airport right next door? According to the master plan, one of the runways flight path goes right through the city.

It usually takes less than 2 weeks to lease out an office, as there is lack of office spaces now in Dubai. Especially if we speak about newer building or nice office in a good condition.
