Lovely house but I’ve watched several of your videos in the last few days and whoever is in charge of putting them together needs to check the sound levels before uploading them. This one isn’t too bad until the end but low sound when you’re talking and then BOOMING music is very annoying. Apart from that I like the house 😊

Was this property sold by £270,000 just 7months ago? As They are re selling it by £350,000 now?
Hi Daniel. You are almost correct. In January, it was for sale at offers over £270,000. However, demand went through the roof, and the property went under offer an awful lot higher than that. Unfortunately, the sale didn't complete. It spent some time off the market but is now available at this new price, reflecting how the local market has changed.

We were the first owner of this property, bought it new build from countryside properties. Loved it, still do. We both cried when we had to sell it. I would buy it again if I had the money. It’s great property.
