I saw Robin Trower dozens of times around the USA, knew him since 1968, and produced two Davey Pattison CDS. I saw this show, and at the soundcheck Robin insisted on twice the P.A. instead of using less amps. I started getting nauseous and went home. Needlessly extra loud for such a little club.

I saw Frank open for Aeroshitt back in 1974. They were awful ,he killed them ,dead.

I’m a Hendrix fan from way back. Yes SRV has a nice voodoo child version but this! Insane. The notes scream like Hendrix use too, same tonality!

You could swear that Hendrix found a space in Franks brain. Lately, Franks music has been coming off the shelves i my brain and making me remember those concerts in the 70's. Such an artist and band. Jimi and SRV would both be nodding their heads in approval. Ooooooh Yeah!

Saw the band on this tour in Providence RI at some dive joint. Great show, Davey Pattison' vocals were great. I was not as thrilled with the sound of Robin's rosewood fingerboard strat in those days although it does not sound too shabby in this video !
