You can see the rpms continue to increase as I start leaning the bike. I did it right on my other laps, slight roll off of gas while adding lean. Musta gotten too excited this time haha

@@ridergregor RPM is always going to increase when you lean the bike, you’re moving to a smaller diameter portion of the tire, thus the increase. You shouldn’t have to let off the gas in that corner. That’s an odd crash.

@@mattsteakk yeah, I considered that. We looked at the front tire, it's far from new but still in good shape. An odd crash indeed. Would not recommend.

Thanks! Yeah the SV650 is a great track bike one you upgrade the suspension. Learned a lot on mine without destroying my budget on tires

@ridergregor did you do the gxsr front end or just upgrade oil/spring it properly? I have done neither yet😭

@@wizardmoto I did the 05 GSXR 600 rear shock and 08 GSXR 750 front end but I think the front end is too short, the bike is more twitchy. I've seen race prepped SVs using the stock fork with upgraded internals which is probably the way to go

@@ridergregor interesting, that's good to know that it made it a little twitchy. I might start either upgrading internals and if I still think they underperform then I'll look at full swaps. Thanks!
