A spring to the face builds up character, lol Nice trick
I must have a lot of character lol old timer showed me this!
great tip
Yessir definitely saved a lot of struggle lol!
great Overlander!
Officially mine now! Sooo time to build :)
That's a great project!
Thank you! This one was tough, but I’m happy with the results!
Did you have to replace and rewire the original connector, or was it just plug and play?
It came with a new plug, but I was able to use the original connector :)
@Controlledchaosjeep Ok cool, cuz when I replaced the front tank, the new pump had a totally different connector. I had to rewire a new plug on the truck side.
Same for me!
Also forgot the overhead racks for storage!!!
Clean
Appreciate you I need to get a paint job and some bodywork lol
@ don’t rush it good things take time
@carlosnieto6936 appreciate the encouragement, brother!
@carlosnieto6936 little bit at a time!
$1.25 at Dollar tree
Looks like fun!
Very fun! Slowly creeping to 800 subs lol
I spay it on my shoes before throwing them in the washing machine.
I may have to try this, does it work?
Sounds great. Whose truck?
One of the elderly people I help :) got it running after a very long time probably around 5 years!
That looks exactly like my dog
Awee
Hey mate I teach via zoom. Happy to give you some lessons for free to help.
Cool, thanks! Once I get my guitar fixed I will hit you up brother!
It looks like you had steel strings on a guitar designed for nylon ones. The tension from the metal strings was too much for this type of guitar. Hopefully you get playing again soon. As for fixing it, since you’re a beginner you could do a shoddy repair job for now until you get a new guitar.
Thank you! I’m going to try and glue it for now lol
Super glue
Yes it can be fixed with epoxy, but there's too much humidity wherever it's stored
I let someone use it and the left it outside:(
It’d be cheaper to just buy another guitar. A skilled luthier might be able to fix it? But you’d have to find one, and then it’d be a lengthy, very expensive process.
🙏
Your fingers get used to it
I sure hope so 🙏
sore fingers is like sore muscles in other sports. eventually your body gets used to it.
🙏
Top string (e) is muted in a major.
🙏
It sounds like you have steel strings on a gut string classical guitar
I believe so, can’t ever keep it tuned :(
learn the bass note of each chord... learn to pluck it and then play the chord, then learn chords that go together like A, D, and E then play the bass note strum the chord and then find the alternateing bass note and repeat... and mess with that...!alternating bass...!
Thank you so much!! 😊
I love playing guitar and I’ve taught many people to play, and one channel I think is great for beginners is Marty Schwartz! He has a catalog of beginner friendly songs to learn from every genre. Also make sure your guitar’s action isn’t too high, so many beginners struggle just because their guitar is old and hurts to play. I’m not saying guitar won’t hurt when you’re first learning but having a playable instrument is a very important step to having a long relationship with guitar!
Thanks so much for the advice :) will check it out!
Keep going bro Ive been playing for 6 years completely self taught playing chords will feel like breathing after a while best of luck
Looks you may benefit from nylon strings for that guitar. It will help with your finger pain too with being less needed to play. Just something to consider.
🙏 thank you I’m new to this so may try!
Your fingers have to hurt! You'll develop callouses which will make your tone better and your fingertips tough. Relax and play SLOW.
Thanks you so much for the advice! Much appreciated my friend :)
hi there! Ive been playing for around 3-4 months now, and i recommend to get a capo, most country songs use them, and the pain is inevitable lol, theres stuff to build calluses for guitar if you cant build them/it hurts too much. Wish you the best!<3
Someone told me sandpaper lol… if it works tho it works! Thanks so much for the support and advice!
Keep it up I'm learning to play the bass off TH-cam too
Rock on! Best of luck! Thank you 😊
No problem
You played an E minor and an Asus2. Look em up. good luck bro keep goin
Yessir thank you so much 😊
Most of the stuff you try is gonna feel impossible, like you physically can't do it. Keep trying, it'll become easier with much practice. Also make sure you get the technique right, sloppy technique will usually work in the beginning stages and then come back to bite you as you try to learn more advanced things. (Don't ask me how i figured this out 😩) And another thing, pay some attention to music theory, most self taught guitarists don't really. While it's probably ok if you don't, understanding music theory at least at a fundamental level can greatly help you understand what you're playing better.
Absolutely amazing! Thanks so much 😊 string killing my fingers lol
It will, only way to fix that is to play more and you'll begin to develop callouses on your fingers. Be thankful you're starting on a classical guitar, steel strings are much rougher. Btw, I'm not a pro by any standard, I don't even fit the category of intermediate. Mostly because I've only really recently started taking it seriously. I have a lot more knowledge of theory than I do practice hours.
Bro , will you allow me to show you amazing short cuts to tasty little things to make this journey much more fun to practice and quicky impress yourself. Thats important.I been hoping for a day one guy to my method. I think youll love it. Ill help you out. Never any charge. I been banging guitars for 30 yrs . Waste many not knowing cool easy stuff to keep quickly progressing. Holler and ill do a little vid for you.
This would absolutely be helpful thank you 🙏

@@valedslinger6290awesome:)
@Controlledchaosjeep Gotcha buddy. Forgot last night. Lol. I ran out of smokes and that problem caused laziness. But I will get some cool easy stuff on vid. Rock star status awaits. Maybe a bluesman. Maybe the Pawn shop. LOL you never know where that first guitar ends up. Could be your grandkids guitar someday you never know
Any suggestions on fixing/buying a guitar?
Dude i thought you was Will Smith From the Dodgers
🤣
great work! i would mute the E during the A maj just so it doesnt get that muddled sound. also the E maj. sounded like a minor. Keep up the great work!!!!!
Thank you so much!
Any suggestions on fixing/buying a guitar?
Good luck man I suggest practicing worship songs
🙏 awesome will do! Wanting to play in church :)
Your doing good for a day make sure your loose and not tight and Jerky
Bro learned more in a day then I could in a week
Thanks! I have a F3000 Big Blue. I believe it’s a ‘68 or so. That could be the year of my Massey Ferguson. I think they’re both around that year. I left the fuel cap off and have to let some of it out. I thought I could release water from the water separator but nothing came out so it may be clogged 🤷♂️
Not good! Try blowing some compressed air down the line!
Man I did a water pump and I had to pull the timing out the car good old 2.4 Chrysler Sebring 1600 job for a damn water pump they chose to do the time chain guys coolant Change and all that cause might as well while you’re in there
I have not enjoyed this at all lol, feel like they invented this on a Friday or Monday and it’s not been fun!
And that mf got a metallic paint job. This is the definition of pimpin.
Straight up dawg lol
Goal is to have 90s model everything… truck, boat, 4 wheeler etc lol
That prop is worth $200 LOL you got to steal of a deal I traded an electric smoker for a 1965 Lonestar vehicle with a 63 Johnson Evinrude it's beautiful now I'm about to finish out the inside and the engine was only maybe ran for a couple years if that it's been its whole life in a garage on a stand until about 2 months ago I got it cuz the old man who had it passed on
Heck yea bro! You got you a heck of a deal to man that’s great! Thinking about parting this one out because the fiberglass hull is weak :( but looks pretty good not going to lie!
