What if e-Visa get expired and eFRRO application not processed yet? In this case, can a foreigner spouse still live or have to travel back? 3. Do they ask for passport for Indian spouse? It would be really kind if you can share your views regarding following questions - 1 - Did the apostilles asked by the FRRO had a minimum date limit (like apostilles accepted only if they are less than 6 months old) Because I want to get apostille now, but we can apply for OCI only in 13 months. Hence, will a 13 month old apostille be still acceptable ? 2 - Was there any mention that the spouse's name should be there on the Indian partner's passport? thank you!
