This isn't the London cast singing this. The voice of Mufasa is Gerald Ramsey, who has been playing Mufasa in the North American Tour for 5 years now. Gerald is from American Samoa and there is a Samoan accent in his English. The voice of the London Mufasa is Shaun Escoffery; his voice is a bit deeper. Still, well done, though.

This is a beautiful musical. The best I’ve ever seen. I was able to see it in London, Madrid and New York. Kery Sankoh was specially good. Such a pity that the musical only stayed in Madrid for a bit longer than a year.
