Some billionaire with some to spare should build at track and lets see some hero's ride these in anger!!
Made by handerson him self?
Frickin Awesome!.
Beasts
great !
Just awesome !
Why is fire shooting out of the holes in the barrel? Is that blow-by?
If it was 4 cycle, then yes. If it was 2 cycle, then no....it was simply exhaust.
i hope hes using autentic 115 year old petrol
Richtig coolse Bike. Krasser Sound einfach nur spitze
Can anyone tell me the advantages of such an exhaust system? Doesn't it mess with compression?
look her husqvarna 1000cc 1927
SATAN!
Wrong, there is a muffler AND ports.
Better than a Dean!:P
I want it ! Very nice !
omg that motor!!! :D
Yeah, so right. You'd stop just as easily draggin' your feet on the ground. As for that saddle, oh my poor twot. Yeah as you say - respect!
Very Cool!
These define a 'cool bike'. Fat tyres aint cool, stoopid high front ends arent either. 100 mph in 1913 with no brakes - respect!
Need to watch these Ported Head bikes run, shooting flames,....early super charging,..kind of
Bad Ass motorcycle
wild sounding - a peice of machinery and a relic
You had to have had the biggest balls to: A. Start this thing and listen to the engine explode and burst flames by your legs B. To take this thing up to 100 mph
i think its the exhaust
@xtarletanx yor mixed up bud, chuck norris road that bike out of the birth canal!
this is my dream bike. Who cares that it sets fire to your trousers every time you ride it? Not me.
bad ass!
I have old MC Parts to trade,..I am looking for FAM items and Motordrome and Boardtrack related memorabilia, awards, medals any pre 1930 American Motorcycle related items
Cool, would have been Hot on the legs though!
What's the idea behind the big holes in the cylinder?
Ocygen into cuclinders better combudtion snd power
Thats what Satan rides. Damn flame shooting out the side. I like.
is it 2 stroke?
Wow.. That is fantastic! How did they protect their legs back then? Seems like that exhaust would do quite a bit of damage..
great vid i thought that all the bikes were destroyed after bob perry accident.....must be the only one and you have it !!
awesome machine!! I can't even begin to imagine what it must have been like to race it in anger 99 years ago!! BTW, do you know what's the purpose of those holes around the barrell?? thanks for posting the vid!!
BEAUTIFUL !!!!

This is a 1913 Excelsior, at this time the fastest stock motorcycle in the world, 100 mph
