Just a small town guy doing small town stuff
2010-2015 (I believe) Subaru Outback headlight change and adjustments takes 5 minutes.
How to change and get to adjust the headlights on a 2013 Subaru Outback. This takes 5 minutes and 2 tools
A small flathead screwdriver and a 10mm socket.

Thanks man
I'm thankful you took the time to make this video showing the location of the beam adjustment screw. I was looking everywhere and removing all kinds of components trying to find this thing. Thanks very much and Merry Christmas!
@@kcirmusic1 merry Christmas to you as well! Glad it was helpful.
Thank you for making this!
Hell yeah. THIS is what TH-cam was made for. Great video.
Came to see how you adjust these, but I don't remove the bumper to get to the bulbs, just fold back the fender liner and feel around for what I need. Second worst headlight design ever created by man, the first is a 2005 Pontiac Vibe/Toyota Matrix.
Counter clockwise (left) to raise clockwise (right) to lower. TKS for the help!
Thanks, man. Going to give this a try on my 2014 legacy
I agree with this method even though it initially looks more involved and intimidating. I’ve had to change my lightbulbs on my 2014 Subaru Outback twice in less than 2 years and trying to get things aligned going through the mud flap by the tires is so difficult. Like 5 or 6 hours to change the low beams and my arms were bruised. It seems like it ought to be easy to get the pin aligned and such but it is not. I will take the front skirt off next time.
Hi Jason. I have a 2012 Outback. Had it for 4yrs, and with 12yrs old factory lens' that would not stay cleaned up, I needed to replace both headlight assemblies. You know, I did the same thing. After installation, I looked for beam adjustment videos first. I guess I could have consulted my manual but thats not what the "kids" do these days. Crazy that there are TONS of install vids, yet no one talks about beam adjustment. Mind boggling. So I just wanted to be the first guy to say "THANK YOU" for making this vid. We both know its not a Hollywood production, but your information is solid, helpful, and clear to the point. Exactly what we need. Thanks again!

Your Subaru headlight adjustment video doesn't have comments available so I'm asking here. I think the adjustment you pointed out was for low beams. Did you see one for high beams? Great video by the way
There is no high beam adjustment, just low beams/overall adjustment . Glad you liked the video
Also I fixed the comment issue. Thanks for the feedback
