This is what an limitless amount of money can produce. While it was claims to be "inspired" by the shape of fossils, it sticks out rather than blends in with the surrounding desert landscape of Joshua Tree. But then again, for what it cost to build, that was probably the intended result. According to Zillow, the property sold for $6.55 million in 2021 and is available for a "very limited number of Short Term Stays [sic} each calendar year." The per night cost to stay is over $6253 including taxes and fees.
