We booked room with bath tub to relax after hundred islands adventure. Availed 2 rooms. Arrived around 5pm and immediately reported to the staffs the problems found in the room. Door lock is broken. Cannot use TV due to slow internet connection. Most of all, shower heater not functioning!!! Some staffs tried to attend to the concerns, however, they cannot repair. We took a bath in the evening with cold water!!! Therefore, we cannot enjoy the tub as well. Around 10am in the morning, only the door lock was repaired. Shower heater still not ok!!! We again had cold bath!!! Cannot also use the TV!!! We availed the room to relax in tub. We got more stressed though. The receptionist told me the manager is not around until 1pm. We checked out 12nn. I left my number for them to reach out to me. I waited till 10pm then I sent message to their fb page for followup. They just told me to complain directly to agoda!?! Poor customer service! They knew in advance that there will be clients occupying the room on a certain date. They should've checked the room's facilities and informed the clients prior move-in should there be any problem. SO DISAPPOINTING! BAD EXPERIENCE! NEVER AGAIN!
