My grandma got me a tub of this and I have to mentally prepare myself every single time. Afterwards i normally have to stop myself from throwing it up. Even mixing it with high quality protein that tastes good i still have regrets. This is the worst protein i have ever consumed and I'll celebrate when it's empty and i see the container in the trash. They’re awesome. Once you run a season (especially wet muddy season) you will never turn back. The gore Tex and lugs really makes a huge difference and you can wipe them off to look like new after your run. My feet are bone dry after a run. They’re pricy but well worth it. In the winter my feet are very warm. I like their bright colours also.
