    How do i measure internal resistance of each group in a battery so i can tell the BMS so it take it into considération ? Probes on each side of the group ? Do i need to isolate anything ? Thanks

    Hi! I can't understand why use batteries with low number of series blocks and high number of parallel cells, if higher voltage gives us more speed potential even if we have a speed limit, and the battery current decreases due to voltage increased. Maybe its about peak currents in PWM of the controller?

    hello, can you make a video about the saturating of the stator, in my case each brake the observer looses the position of the stator and so i have litle cutouts and no smoothly brake. I am using 20s liion battery with 60v1200w 10" hub motor. battery regen current 25amp and motor max cirrent 85amp, absolute current 150amp. Trying to adjust the observer or make stator compensation didnt helo

    It does not work at all. Motor stops with Over_current when current goes to limited value. For example I set 90A (abs max current is 450A) and I have overcurrent. But chart shows that maximum current is about 90A. Scheise... Limitations work only if I set it about 3 times less than nominal power. It's very bad.

    Hello, great content. Just a quick question, why is the "current in" on your graph so much lower than "current motor" on your graph? I noticed the VESC draw at the battery is a lot lower than my other controllers.

    This is why Debodge said that its best to have your controller as close to the motor as possible because motor in torque mode means high current and u dont want to have long phase wires.
