It was an observation they paid very good money for that fence by a very large fence contractor. This is California everything is very expensive and for that kind of money it should be correct.

The cheapest bid shouldn’t be given excuses. I’ve been a builder for 22 years and I’ve been the cheapest price plenty of times and the most expensive price-that doesn’t give me the excuse to lower my standards-full responsibility of the terrible tradesman who built this fence. I feel terrible for the person expecting what he was promised-I’d be surprised if the carpenter pre warned him he was going to do this ✌️
