Having issues highlander 2017 random misfires with also fault code P107a2a.. changed all the spark plugs, complete fuel pump.. clean the fuel injectors.... still no results same issue... the vehicle won't revolve sharply

Converting CAN comm. to K Line can only be done with using Gateway ECU but what you're showing to us here sir is using scanner to show the datastream of some components.
