New ACT Street clutch.

Painted the car over a year ago in a paintbooth with a spraygun. But at the last drift event, a tire blew the fender off the car and destroyed it. So i put on a new fender and in this video i just paint it easy at home in a dirty garage... Broke my wrist a few weeks ago, so this was the best i could do for now with a plaster/Cast on the hand haha. Decided to do it as easy as possible with spray...

Test day at Motorcenter Norway 28.10.2023. This is my FIRST ever video with a editing tool and a GoPro camera so BARE with me hehe :D Secound time at this track and first time here with the 1jz swap. Fist test after the 1jz swap. A lot of wheel whobble at full lock, but this is all because of bad front allignment :) All in all a pritty good first test :D almost stock 1jz: - Vipec V44 - Holset hx35 turbo - 1000cc injectors - Walbro 255 intank pump - BF98 fuel (like your pumpgas)

Just a little test with the Bee r. Ca18det Stage 3 chip in the stock ecu with supporting mods:) Making 275 whp. This was before dyno. so low boost setting (Only 220 hp in this old clip). Building almost 1 bar. Have it wired to handbrake. And i made a swich for the clutchpedal aswell. So i can use it for NLS (No Lift Shift) wich actually works. #Ca18det #antilag #2step #200sx #s13 #holset

Very cool. Did you ever get this setup on a dyno?
Yes, i checked it after this and it was making 220 whp running 1,2 bar👍 and turned it up to 1,6 bar and made 275 whp. Only lasted a few more events before the rings went bad on cyl.1 😅😢
@@EspenHelmikstol Nice. Very nice. I made 240 whp with a Mitsubishi 18g turbo. It's fun, but a little laggy. That's why I've been looking at Holsets.
was at 23 PSI which is 1.6 bar I think.
@@tundruu the he221w maxed out at 275 whp i think... but it spooled a lot faster then a normal t28 from s14.. so i was very happy with it😁 But, got a 1jz in the car now so, cant complain😂😄
@@EspenHelmikstol You setup sounds like fun. I'm actually not looking for more power, but want faster spool up, so this could work. It's good to talk to someone who has firsthand experience with it.

Yea no problem 😁 just had to go back and put another set of tires on and keep going😀 Only problem is that i have to paint just one fender with camelion paint now, and try to match the rest🙄😂

Last question lol how high in rpm are you taking this turbo?
This engine is not in the car anymore :P got a 1jz in it now. But i had a stock (stage 3 chipped) ecu with this Ca18det and think the limiter is 7400 or something like that? (1,5 bar boost)
@@EspenHelmikstol I saw! New setup looks even better, so it was holding boost stable throughout the powerband? My plans changed I’ll just stick it on my stock 1.6 DOHC B16, hopefully revving to 8500

381 whp 519 wnm. Thinking of installing a Ethanol Sensor so i can give it some e85 when i want to... Whould easly make another 100 hp i hope :)

No oil restrictor on the turbofeed at all :)
What is the maximum pressure this turbo can handle?
3 bar is no problem for them. They are actually using these on diesel engines running over 3 bar. The wastegate the turbo came with was set at 2 bar (stock pressure) so i removed that and mounted a stock t25 wastegate actuator on it to run lowet boost :)

@@Claudio.88 Got 275 whp, i just chickened out because it had stock internals.. hehe Was running strong tho, drifted 3rd gear. But blew pistonrings on cylinder 1. Motor is out now and putting a 1jz HX35 in it now

Yes it is😄 220 whp in this video, but turned it up a couple days later and got 275 whp 👍
How did you wire it ?
I cant remember it right now.... But i can check if you are about to install one? If you buy a real unit and not a fake one, they come with instrucktions on how to mount it on different engnes and ecus :) hit me up on messenger or something if you need more instructions. Espen Helmikstøl

When does boost kick?? And what'd you end up making?! Looking to put the same turbo on my m42 (1.8 doc bmw motor). There's no videos with this turbo anywhere lol
Hi :) Its a really good turbo in my opinion :) I got about 1 bar at 3000 rpm and full boost (1,5) at 3,3-3500 or something. Really quick on a 1,8 liter. Made 275 on the wheels. (was hoping for 300, but i did not want to run more boost, as the motor have stock internals. Whould be even better with a standalone ecu tho, i just run a stage 3 chip in the stock ecu. Only a 2,5" exhaust aswell. So whould mabe be even better with a 3". The diesel guys run this turbo at well over 3 bar :D so its a good little thing :D

haha well, mostly... just bigger injectors and Z32 maf and a chip in the stock ecu :) stock manifold aswell, just flipped it upside down
