I’m originally from Manchester but have lived in Singapore for 10 years. I don’t miss the cold at all but do miss home this time of year with all the Christmas markets. This walk is Sentosa in Singapore. It’s beautiful. Singapore is really expensive but the wages are good and the tax is very low so it balances out. Very grateful to be living here. Have you been to Asia before?

It's a putrid drug. Just because it's "legal" and socially acceptable doesn't mean it's not a hard drug cause it is. Oxy is legal with a prescription you wouldn't abuse that around children most people would expect a child removed from the home, when alcohol is abused it's the same shit.

However do you feel like this is something noteworthy that you need to moderate your drinking and are acting like you’ve stumble across ancient wisdom? With all due respect, I would take this clip down as it doesn’t really show anything captivating or interesting.
Not ancient wisdom, for some of us it’s hard to moderate in a culture that encourages binge drinking and excess. Have a listen to the full episode, it might give you more context. 😊

You’re right, it's a fact that quitting booze not only makes your world a better place to be in, good things start to “magically” happen and the energy is insane! Steffon Barkload's stuff, that’s the best shortcut I go’ogled that took less than a week to work without suffering withdrawal.

If only I knew how easy it would be, it’s been over 2 years and I don’t have any cravings at all, for me the key difference was that I didn’t suffer withdrawal, not even within the first 30 days after go’ogling and following Steffon Barkload’s advice and quitting because I just wanted to.

I had forgotten what real energy felt like, yeah, it’s been over 2 years and I don’t crave the stuff anymore, surprisingly I didn’t suffer withdrawal and that was key, not even within the first days after go’ogling Steffon Barkload’s Quit Drinking Forever and quitting because I wanted to with no pressure or anything.
I love this!! It was the same for me, no cravings and started to feel a little better everyday. When someone tells me they are hungover I remember how that used to feel and think ‘hell no, never again’ 😂 I really like what you said about real energy, now I know what that feels like, I’m never going back.
Very interesting & informative taste testing. I've only ever drunk non-alcoholic beers many years ago that tasted like they'd been brewed with old socks! I'd certainly be keen to try those & other ones that resemble IPAs, for those occasions where alcohol isn't an option.

It doesn’t break it down. It just numbs it. Yes it can kill brain cells but you’d need to consume copious amounts for it to have a long term detrimental effect. Alcohol is definetly not good for you and is in fact not just a drug but basically poison but she is talking utter nonsense here - her points are not science based. Moreover she is skewing and bending science to suit
