Borrow season is so real. If I get one request I automatically expect two more and they usually happen back to back. Everyone needs you at once.

It's very risky to be cash poor with 3 rental properties. A bad roof, bad tenant or unfortunate interest rate movement could put you in serious debt. There will always be teething issues with rental properties but it's worth stress testing your business model and making sure it's viable for the long term especially before the rental rights bill drops.

I could have made this video! I am so ready for it. We are doing the world a service by being very honest about investing especially real estate investing. Nevertheless.. the present may be rough but the FUTURE IS BRIGHT!

Thank you for posting this video 😊 I wanted to share some advice someone shared with me when I was experiencing something similar a few years back. Having one, two, three even four rentals may not be a great option if you're aim is not to scale. Economy of scale is an ally when investing in property. Gone are the days when you can hold one or two properties and be profitable. A game changer for me was scaling and scaling at a much quicker rate than the average person is able to. That's why the bigger companies are successful and Mum and Dad or the average Joe investor is usually left disgruntled.

Landlords are called names but this shows that a landlord goes through, the mortgage companies are the ones making all the money. So revenue brought in less that £35k out going £41k. Over 6k lost. Just like you I am evaluating if I should just stick to investing in an ETF property investing just seems to be too much work for little reward.
