Hi Medhat, Yes, unfortunately, sweaty skin makes you more prone to bacterial infections. Your best option aside treatment is to avoid touching areas with entry to the blood stream such as eyes and nostril and to cover broken skin.

Hi Salim, I believe you may be referring to warts, which is caused by a virus and spread through close skin contact or contaminated surfaces. These often disappear on their own after about 3 months although some last longer. I am currently not aware of a natural remedy for treating these but will look into it.
