based and hard agree with you mate it's just the nature of youtube i guess. naming their videos "BEST VET LASGUN FEB 2024 BUILD" or some crap will always get views. but the defending shit builds is always hilarious and obnoxious lol

When i decided to check out some random build of some YT-ber out of curiosity i laughed for a minute straight. I just dont understand how they call their builds BEST (like for example having literally only 2 or even just 1 source of gaining/maintaining their toughness, or using perks that are useless for 90% of time of a mission). Also i dont understand people who use builds from these videos - this is not Path of Exile, you dont need to spend 10000 hours in the game and sell a soul to gain that shit ton of forbidden knowledge of every aspect of the game to start making your own builds. Plus it's always fun to create some from time to time yourself on your game-journey, always trying new combinations. For example i already have 9 builds on veteran that use different weapon and perk combinations - from support-commando with every grenade upgrade to smoke the entire map, to headshot-shotgunner, to battle-commando with tactical axe and so on...

Doesn't matter how good the build if the one driving it doesn't know the fundamentals. From Vermintide 2 to Darktide, fundamentals have always been the key difference between what difficulties you can or cannot run. I dig the petty sarcasm of filming this talentless build clearing the endgame content, really drives your point home. Also, it took me about half way through the video to realize that your commentary had nothing to do with what was going on, on screen.
