Does anyone know how to rotate from vector to vector? I have couple objects orientated in Vector A direction and need to rotate them all into Vector B direction. The angle between Vector A and Vector B is not precise, so I cant just enter the value....

I have a car model finished. I am attempting to scale it down in alias but construction history is keeping some lines in place as i scale down which is distorting a few square surfacing. How can I scale it down without it messing up?
Pick the surfaces only, make duplicates of them, group them together, and then scale to appropriate size.

Many people don't know that this is even possible...
Well if it can give some sort of thermal or night vision overlay... it could be quite useful. Or a display of the obstacles around the vehicle.... detection maybe by radar that will be useful ... for driving.

I sincerely mean this... you did not offend me.
As if there isn't enough distraction in and outside of a vehicle vying for a driver's unwavering attention. You now suggest that drivers add one or more screens (through Hololens) in front of their eyes while 3500 lbs. of metal, glass and gas is in motion. There are 6,000,000 crashes on US roads each year. 34,000 plus deaths and millions of hospital emergency room visits related to poor driver behavior. Not to confuse you with someone who possesses an IQ above room temperature, but that video demo was simply a stupid experiment... you put lives at risk to make a video. You should remove this video from the net before someone attempts to replicate this example and kills someone.
I think the Dr. needs to calm down a little... I didn't hear him say he was actually using holograms while driving. I don't want to speak for him but it seems like he is testing whether or not you can see well enough to drive with them on. Just like I wore them in front of my computer screen to see if I could still type work emails and do server maintenance. Guess what? No one's died yet :)
If the driver wasn't using the Hololens why was he wearing it... bling? Less than 1% of the population is estimated to be able to do two things simultaneously well and even that number is conjecture. Consider the incidents that have recently involved with Pokemon online. One person even hit a cop car. Did you miss the part where I said that in 2015, there were more than 6,000,000 crashes on US roads. Did you also know that 38,300 individuals died in vehicle crashes or that 4.4 million injured required medical care as the result of impact trauma. So please do not suggest that a driver wearing the Hololens, Google Glass or Gear VR is a safe idea. Those technologies will kill people who already give themselves too much credit for their driving skills. To suggest wearing these devices while driving is simply stupid . Cemeteries are filled to capacity with stupid people who were distracted by technology while they were driving. Calm down? You tell someone who lost a loved one to a driver who was texting while speeding down the road that they should calm down. Grow up and realize that the world is not a video game that you can reset when a character dies.

Would be great to put GPS into Hololens. I'm sure someone's probably already working on it. I'm up for purchasing the device in wave 2, but not sure yet. Any thoughts about walking with it on the street? Did it feel ok... were the scan reasonable, or distracting?
It seems that walking for a long distance seems to confuse the HoloLens. HoloLens saves different spaces into files, with each space being finite in certain dimension or complexity. There is a probably a way to put it into "walking mode" in some way, which would be good to have as an update if not already available.
