EASY Butter Chicken & Roti Recipe | homemade Roti #vlogtober #butterchicken
How to make delicious Butterchicken and Roti Recipe | homemade Roti and Butterchicken #butterchicken #roti ,chicken butter masala,homemade butter chicken,chicken recipe
Butterchicken recipe ingredients
Chicken breast cubes and cleaned
3 tablespoons of plain yoghurt
2 tablespoons chicken masala spice
2 teaspoons of mix masala spice
1 teaspoon chilli powder
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
4 bay leaves
1 tablespoons coriander powder
2 tablespoons garlic powder
2 tablespoons Tumeric
100g of butter
Tablespoon of cooking oil
2 teaspoons Salt
NB, when mixing spices please use 1 teaspoons of each and the rest will be carried through the cooking process.
Method for butter chicken
- [ ] Add everything in a bowl except bay leaves, butter and masala spice.
- [ ] Mix the yoghurt spices, add chicken and 1 tablespoons of butter chicken spice.
- [ ] Allow to marinate for an hour
- [ ] In a pan add cooking oil and 50g of butter, once is hot, add onions, spring onions and add 1 tablespoons of chicken masala, 1 tablespoons of butter chicken spice,leaves,tomato paste,
- [ ] Add garlic sauce and Tumeric combine everything ensure the spices are cooked
- [ ] Add chicken gradually while mixing it with the spices.
- [ ] Add canned tomatoes and mix add a little bit of sugar to reduce the acidic.
- [ ] Allow the chicken to cook for about 10 to 15min
- [ ] Add the remaining 50g of butter and a tablespoon of yoghurt
- [ ] Add a tablespoon of masala and butterchicken spice then mix to combine
Roti Recipe
- [ ] 2 cups is sifted flour
- [ ] 1 teaspoons of salt
- [ ] 1 teaspoons of dry parsley
- [ ] 2 tablespoons oil or melted butter 50g
- [ ] 11/2 cups of boiling water
Method for Roti
- [ ] Add flour, parsley, salt add water using a fork mix mix the dough and add cooking oil
- [ ] On a dusted surface knead the dough until smooth and place it in a fridge for some time,
- [ ] In a pan allow a non stick to heat up, shape ur Roti into circles (lol) wish I fail, allow it to cook both side until is brown and black, turn only when it makes bubbles😂
