I usually don't say what is right for a fighting games balance but with Guilty Gear Strive I'll make an exception. (Tone down the damage.) (Increase the volume on some of the songs. Seriously you can barely hear any of the Strive tracks most of the time.) (And this is a minor thing but I want a more appealing character select screen with its own individual theme. Adding a small instrumental of Smell Of The Game just seems lazy to me.)

Yea, not only is this video inaccurate but its even less correct now that this same character won EVO.

How is he a glass cannon when his guts ranking is one of the second highest (gains more armor as life depletes). He is definitely not a glass cannon. Maybe slower paced and definitely limited in movement but if compared to other character's damage intake he is definitely not a sponge like Chipp.

Ha glad you realized the error of your ways! I'm surprised you didn't mention the buffs to his super from obt2 to release, since it stopping the blood gauge now makes a huge difference in a lot of combos.

I respect this video it was a really good watch I do think that nagori Has to work a bit harder than a lot of the characters on the roster but a lot of people were just flat out denying how good a decent bit of his things were and I feel like ultimately it came down to nobody actually giving him the lab time he deserved

Nagoriyuki until they buff him should be considered a joke character He is outclassed by every single character on one of the two areas he excels at: -Rushdown: Everyone, because bloodrage is a bitch an a half -Midrange: ramlethal, may and ky do what he does but faster and with a lot more options Honestly ram's S and HS should be swapped with nago because it does not make sense that a character with such range, combo potential and safety on her moves should not have such fast and big buttons

Nago isnt a zoner. Hes a ranged footsies character. Everything he does moves him forward. He can definitely be played like a keepaway, but that doesnt make him keepaway (sf4 rufus playing keepaway versus gief, as an example of a rushdown character playing made keep away) also nago has an inbuilt strategy of teleport slash thingy, canceled into command dash, into command grab. This allows him to basically instantly run in from 3/4 screen away and threaten command throw, at plus frames… thats exceptionally strong when considering that if he lands the command grab he now has a frozen blood gauge to do oki with. He seems pretty decent for now. 5k for interrupts and decent footsies ability to keep people from cheesing him out too much

Nago is a mid range footsies character. I think teleport should be free and available in BR, reduce clone cost. FIX THE JUMP FRAMES! He should have access to air dash in BR and maybe a special projectile, something in the kit to make people not hide on the other side of the screen as you meander toward them dying...Jesus. also, If they want to keep cost of teleport they need to increase its frames or give it invulnerability like Chipps or Slayers in Xrd. ALSO, can we have teleport crossover since we can't crossover jumping?

Big oof, I where considering buying the game because the character concept feelt so cool and original, this is concerning.
