Why are their so many large empty houses. I been in Naples close to 14 years and I see the same houses getting sold over and over but no one ever lives in them. Why is that ?

Sumter Landing Town Square and marketplace is like a mix of all my favorite things. a lakeside/beachside town like Old Forge NY, a NY Erie Canal style lock system in the small creek off the lake complete with a water wheel, and a Disney Port Orleans FKA Dixie Landings feel all at the same time. It's wild how well it all works together visually. It's my single favorite area of the Villages. Between the shopping, the restaurants, the last remaining movie theater, the lake views and the town square itself for entertainment, it's hard to beat. Spanish Springs is nice, but smaller and with much less of a scenic feel to it, and Brownwood is just overcrowded in every way imo...

What an another spectacular day in Naples that I’m missing. Oh we’ll have to wait for July to hurry and get here soon! Love your videos! Keep posting the!
