a 750 needs rpm or else you are not in the power band range

really, 7 minutes of that view is a bit much, a couple minutes looking over your bike woulda made it a little more entertaining. anyhow, least its a harley and you put something up hey.

i ride a 1200 custom rpms in 5th gear in 3000 at 70mph and the bike has 6200 rev limiter so its good for long distance

i think that it is fine, however some people think you get a little stiff

used to have one of these and they were fine on the highway, i actually did route 66 beginning to end on one with no problems

hows the bike after 4-5 hrs of riding ? i really like the xl12n but i need something comfy too

Is the Nightster good for long highway rides. What kind of RPM does the engine turn around 70 MPH? I have a 1982 Yamaha Maxim 750 and at 70 the RPM is around 6000 RPM so I avoid long runs on the highway.

In the world of ATV's, I periodically unscrew the cap and look. It's one of those "F*** it" situations, but I've never run out of gas, so.. yeah!

Beautiful. What pipes have you got on there. In fact could you just tell me what intake, fuel pack and pipes you've got on there. Sounds great on acceleration but not grating as you just ride along.

I live in Mass and have an 08 Nightster. Look me up and we can take a ride sometime. I come down into CT on Route 16. Nice roads up that way and will ride to the Harley dealer down near Vernon.
