Nope. Mobile home (still on wheels) should never be anywhere near a hundred thousand. I don't care about the up grades, these are still made cheaply. Yes I know exactly how these are made.
That's ridiculous!!! I bought a 3bd 2 bath Clayton double wide for 45k just 2 years ago!

@@louam68 Not if you don’t buy one. For some, this makes the most economical sense. In the Phoenix area you can’t get anything for less than $200,000+. 🤷🏻♂️

is that 12 x 48 or 14 x 48. I ask because I looked on the website and it shows a floorplan that has the living room shown as 12 feet
@@LOL1423derp92 it is a 14 x 48 but the exterior width is 13’4” and once you take out the exterior walls that make your interior wall around 12 feet

IMO there is too much wasted space on the halls ,a bedroom on each end instead would give enough room for a second bath.
